Chicken Taco Cornbread Wedges

If you haven't tried Picky Palate's award-winning recipe yet, you really should. It was fabulous. While mine didn't turn out as picture perfect as the picture above from the Martha White Website, it was definitely a winner. It had just the right blend of spicy, crunchy, creamy goodness. I'll put this on my list of favorites. Thanks Jenny!
