Perfect! I’m making your turkey stock in the pressure cooker today…..this is what I put in my turkey soup too but a lot quicker! I love the Fusilli in there too-that squiggly pasta makes me smile. 🙂

I roasted my turkey yesterday since we were at our daughter’s for Thanksgiving so I’ll be busy soup-making this weekend. Both Bob and I have colds so this will be great “medicine” for them.

      Thanks so much Barbara!

The Fusilli is such a fun noodle. It was too long to eat in the soup, so I cut it with some scissors in the bowl before adding the liquid. Worked much better.

I hope your feeling better soon. You’re right – soup is the perfect meal when you’re not feeling well. Enjoy!

Hubby and I only ever eat the white meat on the turkey and it is a shame that the rest of it goes to waste …….soup sounds like the perfect solution!! Thank you for sharing.
