An easy-to-throw-together chicken stir fry using a spicy, bottled Szechuan stir-fry sauce and canned Chinese vegetables. Add your favorite fresh vegetables and you have a meal your family will ask for often.
Every month I select a recipe I’ve posted before that I’d like to highlight because it’s such a great recipe and update it with some better pictures. This month’s recipe is my Szechwan Chicken Stir Fry recipe.
I’m often asked what I make for dinner every night for my family. I like to cook ethnic foods most nights, or at least an Americanized version of ethnic foods. We eat a lot of Mexican, Italian and Asian foods. I posted this Szechwan Chicken Stir Fry recipe several years ago, and it’s still one of my family’s favorite recipes. I make often for a quick weeknight meal using up whatever veggies may be left in the fridge.
