I know many of you are still planning your menu for Easter this year, so today I’m sharing some of my favorite recipes that are perfect for Easter.
First, you’ll want to get your Easter eggs cooked, colored and ready for the Easter bunny to hide. The best way to cook hard boiled eggs is in the pressure cooker.
We always start Easter morning with Citrus Cream Cheese Pull Apart Rolls. Everyone who has eaten these rolls has fallen in love with them. I’m sure your family will too.
They’re a shortcut roll that starts with frozen roll dough, and you can make them the night before so they’re ready to pop in the oven Easter morning.
The pressure cooker is the best way to heat up your spiral sliced Easter ham without drying it out. We’re crazy about Honey Baked Ham, but also love their Honey Baked Smoked Turkey Breast. I use the pressure cooker to take the chill off the ham without leaving it at room temperature for hours to warm up.
And, you’ll be amazed how much faster you can whip up a fantastic potato salad when you use the pressure cooker. You can hard boil the eggs and cook the potatoes at the same time in the pressure cooker.
Of course, no meal is complete without dessert. My family is in love with these luscious, easy-to-make Robin’s Egg No-Bake Cheesecake. They’re colorful and fun for Easter, but also taste as good as the look.
Or, a colorful Easter Skillet cookie would be a fun way to end the day and use up some of that Easter candy the Easter bunny left in your baskets.
Now it’s your turn. I’d love to hear what your favorite Easter recipe is.
