I have never had Panna Cotta but I'm making it for an Old World Wine Dinner this weekend. My SIL just sent me the recipe and I think it's the exact same one. Oh goody, Now I'm even more excited after seeing yours. I love how festive you were for the
4th. I say next time do the regular cheesecake with the berries. Everything looks so good and festive. 🙂

First off, I wish I could count how many "healthy" desserts I've made that went into the garbage disposal. I finally got to where I had to admit that desserts will never be healthy, so lighten them up a little and enjoy them in moderation. Secondly, your panna cotta looks divine. I've yet to make panna cotta because I have no one to eat it but me.
