I can believe that these are addictive. They would be wonderful as a tea time snack – though I have a feeling I couldn’t stop at just one.

Really? It’s 12 weeks already? Wow! Hmm, I can’t decide if I should make this. On one hand they look so good. On the other hand, I really don’t need to eat all of them (which I will).

Whenever we’re in Chinatown, we sometimes order some almond cookies at the end of the meal. I always say the same thing ‘these would be better if they were thinner and crispier – tuile like’. Yours are exactly what I’m thinking of! The only thing I might do is add some almond extract. I can’t wait to make these, they look amazing!
