Why did I never think of avocado crepes? Delicious, and a little lighter than avocado toast. I’ll have to remember this. It seems like it would be fun for a crepe party. Also, if you like lemon juice with avocado, you might like sumac. They sell it at Penzeys and it’s kind of similar to the lemon, but looks way cooler with the little purple speckles.

I still haven’t tried making crepes-but I DID get a crepe pan on clearance so I’m one step closer! 🙂 I think it’s worrying about making them and not having them tear into a million pieces that has me avoiding trying them-I need to cut that out and give it a go. You were in Bob’s old stomping grounds in San Jose and Santa Clara-he lived in both cities and worked in Santa Clara back in the Digital Equipment Corp. days….MANY moons ago. He went to Mountain View a lot too. I doubt that anything he remembers is even there any more. That crepe place looks awesome-so many fun choices-and I know you’ll have a ball recreating your favorites in your kitchen too. 🙂
