I made these yesterday. They were delicious, but they never really crisped up for me in the oven. Today I put a couple of the refrigerated leftovers in the air fryer (390 degrees at 8 minutes on a wire rack) and they were incredible. I will definitely make this recipe again, but next time I will skip the oven and will go straight to the air fryer. I’ll do it a bit longer than today’s experiment, since today I was air frying already-baked egg rolls.

I’m going to use some chicken thighs I have in the freezer and some leftover pinto beans, because I like to use what I have handy. I always figured they couldn’t be too difficult, so I’m excited to make SW eggrolls at home! Thanks for another great recipe. I was so excited when I saw it on Instagram.
