I'm so happy for you and all of your success with your cookbooks.

I love your Dream puffs cookbook because, well, we all love cream puffs in this family and your book has SO many delicious options to choose from. There's something for everyone.

Your Electric Pressure Cookbook is my "bible" when it comes to pressure cooking. The recipes are easy and delicious-and use ingredients readily available to everyone. I keep it right near my recipe box on my kitchen counter so I can grab it quick and get cooking. The pressure cooker is used pretty much daily here so that cookbook gets a LOT of use. I won't cook corn on the cob any other way now except in the pressure cooker...and your Old Fashioned Potato Salad? A staple here now that summer has arrived. I just made a batch yesterday to go with some 7-Up Grilled Chicken-it is delicious. The cheesecakes in that cookbook are over the top too......SO much to choose from.

I can't WAIT for Instantly Sweet to arrive.....knowing you and Marci, I have NO doubt whatsoever that there are some decadently delicious treats just waiting to be made. What's going to be hard is picking what to try first. Now who can I sign up to be taste testers? Hmmmmm....methinks Bob will be first in line! :)

I know how much work you do getting all those recipes created and perfected. Thank you so much for sharing it all on your blogs and in these cookbooks. I've learned so much from you and look forward to what's ahead.
