I was mixing up all the ingredients. I took out the Biscoff spread and my teenage son had left 1/4 teaspoon in the bottom of the jar. HOORAY! He must eat 23 out of the 24 hours in a day. So I had to decide, do I through away what I have mixed so far or do I try using peanut butter in place of the Biscoff. My son thought the peanut butter would be “amazing” in the bread. That boy is going to eat me out of house and home (hee hee).
So, I baked the breads using 1 cup of peanut butter in place of the Biscoff and wouldn’t you know it…….YUM YUM.

This bread sounds fabulous. I love Biscoff almost as much as I love quick breads so this sounds amazing…might be next on my baking list! I think the white chocolate chips would taste perfect with this, too.

I never thought I could love any spread as much as Nutella, but Biscoff is definitely up there! This bread is such a great idea!

I have to go on a search for Biscoff spread! I’ve found the cookies at Walgreens but still have yet to see the spread anywhere. I’ll have to remember to get some from Amazon next time I place an order. Your quick bread looks delicious!

I’ve heard so much about Biscoff spread and am yet to try it out – problem is I’ve never, ever seen Biscoff nor Speculoos in Europe, and I’m European born and bred, lived in four different European countries, on both sides of the ex-Iron Curtain! Which is why constant claims from American bloggers about Biscoff being popular over here mystify me. I’m thinking it might be popular in just one country…

This bread looks heavenly! I have never tried Biscoff but just googled it and found it has the goodness of peanut butter. I can only imagine how delicious this bread must be.
I am going right now and buying a bottle of Biscoff spread. Really need to try it now.

Now why haven’t I ever heard of this? (It looks suspiciously like Nutella, which oddly enough, I don’t like) but when you described it as tasting like speculoos I thought; YUM!
I’ll look for it at Whole Foods first…then if not, I always turn to Amazon. 🙂
