					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve made these for 3 Christmases now, but sometimes the batches are delicious and fluffy, melt in your mouth, whereas other times they get too chewy or hard... I think the main thing I&#039;ve learned is to not make the cookies too big (they spread out a LOT in the oven) but do you have any tips for how to know when to remove them? unfortunately once I see the color on the bottom of the cookies they&#039;re usually close to burned...]]></description>
