375 for 10 minutes did not work out- cookies came out really dry and crumbly not a melt in your mouth as described. Second batch I lowered the temp to 350 and cooked for 8-9 minutes came out perfect. The cookies also could stand more lemon zest- if I were to make again I would definitely increase the zest.
