					<description><![CDATA[This was a beautiful cake but turned out to be too sweet for everyone at our dinner party.  I made the chocolate ganache as instructed and thought it was ready to pour but then put it in the refrigerator since the recipe said it could be cooled in the refrigerator for over 2 hours.  It was in the refrigerator for less than 15 minutes and had hardened so I took it out and microwaved it until pourable.  When I served the cake, the ganache had fully hardened and it was like eating a chocolate bar on a cake.]]></description>

I use baker&#039;s joy cooking spray because it has flour in it and my cakes always come out great. I have experienced the same problem you have with other cooking sprays. Also don&#039;t forget to let the cake cool before flipping the pan. You will know it has cooled when it pulls away form the pan. You can also use a sharp knife to go around the edges and center of the cake to prevent breaking the cake.]]></description>
