I have a question I was recently asked to make a cake with cheesecake in the middle, and I have a favorite cheesecake recipe and I was wondering if I could use the recipe and put it into the springform pan. I already am-stopping by any time, that is! I do have a question on the BBQ Chicken Kebabs though-is the bacon pre-cooked before use or is is raw? I even checked the original Cooks Illustrated recipe and didn’t see an answer to that. Thanks, Barbara-and thanks again for a wonderful blog!
