Great recipe. I didn’t have big muffin pan so used a tube cake pan, angel food cake pan. Baked a bit longer. Fabulous. It’s about 8 ounces of zuchinni. I also squeezed excess liquid from the zucchini with papertowels.

This looks good, although I hesitated at first but I finally made my first muffin xD, putting aside that it is not as perfect looking as it shows in this post, but one thing for sure, it is tasty lol
