I made this recipe a couple of times recently for a craft workshop I ran here at my home. I altered the recipe using gluten free flour instead and it turned out just perfect. The pudding comfortably served 8 of us with custard and was so delicious that many asked for the recipe and I have given them the link to here. Thank you so much I shall definetly be repeating this again x

In the ingredient list for the filling there is no mention of tapioca, or salt. But…in the instructions (#3) it states to add the second cup of blueberries, lemon juice (which I added to the first 1 cup of blueberries), tapioca, salt and sugar is mentioned again. What did I miss? I have this dessert in the oven as I write this.
