What a fun trip!! I love corn and corn in recipes. However, I’m still not sold on GMO’s……. I try not to eat anything with GMO products in them.

What a fun-and educational-trip that was, Barbara. Looks like you all had a great time-and had some delicious meals too! I make a corn and black bean salad that can double as a dip with tortilla chips that we enjoy and is always a hit at parties. I also love a good hearty corn chowder and of course corn bread or muffins with a bowl of chili. Cornmeal is a staple in this house -it goes into one of my favorite comfort foods growing up and is still a treat to me today…polenta. So many things you can make with corn. And OHHH that prop room at Better Homes and Gardens-heaven!
