Those look so good…..I love peanut butter cookies of all kinds. You know, I’ve made a lot of peanut butter cookies in my day but never flourless ones. One of our neighbors can’t have gluten and I was wondering what dessert to make for a neighborhood get together that he can eat. I do believe you just answered that question for me, Barbara.
