I made these in my mini cheesecake muffin pan with pop out bottoms. So easy to remove that way. You wont need
Norpro Nonstick Mini Cheesecake Pan with Handles, 12 count, with removable bottoms.

Yes, I would do the best you can to tamp them down within the muffin liners, with a shot glass or spoon. Then freeze to set the crust, then fill the batter and freeze until a few minutes before you serve.

I’m not sure on how many mini muffins it would make, but if you try it, let me know and I’ll update the recipe!

I am making them now. If u r doing the individual ones in a foiled liner, how do you make the crust? Do u put them in each individual liner and let that set? How many mini muffins will I get? Thanks

I’d subscribe, but when a can of Raid is stuck in the middle of the recipe it makes me wonder, who’s calling the shots. It’s a real blunder. The best food websites don’t have anything breaking up a recipe. It ends up coming across as someone who’s in it more for the money than anything else.
