					<description><![CDATA[My recipe is similar for the Souvlaki; however, I use 2 cloves of garlic and oregano and bay leaf.  I marinate the meat with quartered onions in a bag overnight in the fridge.  Nummo.  The rice sounds delicious.]]></description>
