Update: The winner of the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker giveaway is Blessie Nelson. Congratulations!

Are you pressure cooking yet? You should be. Pressure cookers are awesome! They’re the perfect addition to any kitchen to help you create delicious, healthy meals in a fraction of the time.

If you haven’t had a chance to checkout my pressure cooking site, Pressure Cooking Today, this week is the perfect time to stop by. Just in time for Christmas, the Instant Pot Company is giving away to one lucky Pressure Cooker Today reader, an Instant Pot IP-LUX60 6-in-1 programmable cooker! The Instant Pot is a 6 quart electric pressure cooker that’s also a slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, sautér and warmer.

To enter the giveaway, all you have to do is leave a comment on the giveaway post on Pressure Cooking Today. While you’re there, check out the delicious food I’ve been posting.

Here’s a taste of what you’ve been missing:

    Pressure-Cooker-Coq-Au-Vin-Pressure-Cooking-Today

    Pressure Cooker Coq Au Vin
A pressure cooker twist on a classic French chicken stew made with chicken thighs, onions, carrots, mushrooms, and topped with bacon. You can make this slow-cooked favorite even on a weeknight in a pressure cooker.

    Turkey-Noodle-Soup-3-Pressure-Cooking-Today

    Turkey Noodle Soup
Turkey Noodle soup is the perfect meal to make with leftover turkey. My family doesn’t love the dark turkey meat, so there’s always plenty of dark meat leftover to use in a wonderful homemade soup.

    Beef-and-Broccoli-2-Pressure-Cooking-Today

    Pressure Cooker Beef and Broccoli
Tender, thin sliced beef and broccoli in a rich sauce that is salty and sweet with just a little heat from the red pepper flakes. Cooking inexpensive beef chuck in the pressure cooker tenderizes the meat, so it’s not tough and chewy like stir fried beef and broccoli can often be.

    Kalu-Pork-2-Pressure-Cooking-Today

    Pressure Cooker Kalua Pork
Smokey tender, juicy shredded pork served over rice is a Hawaiian luau favorite. I’ve transformed a popular slow cooker recipe requiring a 16 hour cooking time to a pressure cooker recipe that is on the table in less than 2 hours.

    Thai-Chicken-Thighs-Pressure-Cooking-Today

    Pressure Cooker Thai Chicken Thighs
Fork tender boneless, skinless chicken thighs in a luscious Thai peanut sauce cooked in the pressure cooker in a fraction of the time it takes to cook in the slow cooker.

Remember: To enter the pressure cooker giveaway, you must leave a comment(s) on the giveaway post on Pressure Cooking Today.

Coq au vin looks delicious! Years ago when I canned tomatoes/juice & beans I always used my pressure cooker. Easy, too!

I have had my eye on one of these forever. I put it on my ‘honey buy’ list but apparently he thinks it wont benefit him directly. Wait until he hears kahlua pork. 🙂 i would love this! Thanks for the wonderful giveaway!

It’s so convenient using my pressure cooker-but I would love to be able to use an electric one! The recipes here sound so good but they definitely need adjustments to use a stove-top pressure cooker.
