Tried it for dinner last night and we really enjoyed it! Our smoked gouda didn’t melt as beautifully as yours but it was still very tasty. I live 20 minutes from the Artichoke Capitol of the World– Castroville. I could eat ‘chokes for dinner alone (well, I have).
