This is a dish I KNOW we’d really love. We just invested in a second small chest freezer so that I could make meals ahead and freeze them-this would be a recipe I would divide into (2) 8×8-inch pans and do that with…cook one off for dinner and freeze one to make another night. Thanks Barbara-I’ve been making stuffed shells for years the Italian way but not with Mexican flavors-can’t wait to make this. BTW-love your videos too. 🙂
