					<description><![CDATA[I made it this week using high altitude instructions.  I added some vanilla for richness, decreased baking powder and sugar, but increased fruit to one pound. Also added 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon to flour mixture.  The taste and texture were spot on.  Really delicious! Took a bit longer to bake, but just watched and waited until it reached the right doneness.]]></description>
