I just made your Farmer’s Market Tomato and Zucchini Quiche which we totally loved. Looks like another quiche will be on the menu soon-perfect for weekend breakfast or a light lunch. I don’t think of making them often, then when I do, I wonder why I don’t? OK that was supposed to make sense…sheesh.

This looks delicious, Barbara-Bob will be VERY happy to see this on the table. Thanks so much!

That is a really pretty quiche pan! This is the perfect “breakfast for dinner” dish to me. I think the Dubliner cheese would be even better than a swiss with all of the sharp flavor it adds. This sounds great!
