When someone said they were baking my Snickerdoodle Coffee Cake, I knew it was time to make the changes to the coffee cake that I’d made to the Snickerdoodle bread. An extra egg and a little bit more flour helps it to rise better and look prettier than ever.
If you don’t have/can’t find cinnamon chips, this coffee cake would be wonderful with raisins instead of cinnamon chips.
