We picked fresh strawberries on Saturday, roasted them last night, and made this delicious ice cream today. Yum! It’s really, really good. So much strawberry flavor. Thank you!

What a great idea roasting the strawberries! And we have some in season )or greenhouse ones, I’m not sure) which is about the only fruit in common nowadays it seems with you all in the Northern Hemisphere 😀 Hope you and the family had a great 4th of July mum!! xxx
