I have made these for years but we would let the kids top them with whatever toppings just like mini pizzas for them we would use broccoli carrots cauliflower different cheese bacon pepperoni asparagus we would do this at least once a week for dinner

You can NEVER go wrong with bacon, cheese and onions! I’d even pour maple syrup on it or dust with powdered sugar. Onions are sweet when cooked and cheddar pairs wellwith sweet…well..apples..so there! 😉 Awesome choice!
