It was DELICIOUS! This recipe reminds me of that!

I have the MOST PICKY grandchildren in the world. Trying to come up with things they will eat (other than fast food) when they spend the weekend with me is exhausting! I do not know how they got like this, as my children always ate whatever I cooked, (for the most part) but it is a real trial for me to plan meals for them, I am a widow and in my 70’s so I need proven recipes that will work for them and me. It would be a treat to have this cookbook. Thanks for the opportunity to put my name in. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi Yvette – it cut really easily. I just used a pizza cutter and cut it in to wedges to serve it.
