This bread is moist and full of flavor. I had no cinnamon chips so I mixed a little cinnamon and sugar to swirl through the bread before baking. Shared some with my friends and they said it tasted like cinnamon rolls. Will definitely make this many times again.

I bet that you could! I’d just put them in muffin tins, you’ll know they are done cooking when they spring back when touched or a toothpick comes out clean!
