In reply to Rg. You initially start with 2 cups of flour, then as you're kneading the dough, you add in the remaining flour a little at a time, to make a soft dough. How much you need depends on the humidity, the brand of flour you're using, etc.

I love homemade pretzels. These look absolutely incredible and the dip just takes them to the next level. I love their yeast. We cross the border regularly just to pick it up.
