Yeah, me too! Anything with spicy peanut butter and I am so in! These look delicious and I love serving food like this for a casual dinner in front of a movie.

Oh I so LOVE quesadillas, just saying the word makes me feel happy. Mind you, I have not really explored the range of stuff I could put in them – I have always stuck to my Nigella Lawson recipe of parma ham and jalapeno but as I see here I could put so many different things in them instead.
