					<description><![CDATA[I love this! There is a science behind baking and I&#039;m always saying that.  All those ingredients and the measurements that have to be just so to make it all work.  My 15 year old daughter just joined culinary class at her school and she came home the other night telling me &quot;momma, you were right! My culinary teacher said baking is a science!&quot;.  I will have to show her this.  Thank you for sharing!
