Tender, moist lemon coffee cake loaded with blueberries crowned with a crunchy, sweet crumb topping and drizzled with a tart lemon glaze. 

A fun way to change up blueberry muffins.

gather

step 1

- flour - baking powder - sugar - eggs - butter

5 minutes

- salt - whole milk - vanilla - blueberries - lemon juice

prepare

step 2

- pre-heat oven to 350º - prepare crumb topping - mix ingredients together - spread batter in pan w/ crumb topping

10 minutes

cook

step 3

Bake in oven at 350º for 45 minutes - or - until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
