This easy Halibut Fish and Chips recipe makes perfectly crisp, flaky fish. It’s a great family-friendly meal to make any night of the week.
CHIPS Potatoes Oil Salt
FISH Flour Pepper Eggs Panko Halibut Tarter Sauce
Peel and cut the potatoes. Soak in cold water. Use the double fry method.
HOW TO MAKE THE CHIPS
Preheat oven to keep fish warm. Heat oil. On a plate, mix together flour, salt and pepper. Dredge fish in flour mixture.
Dip in eggs. Coat with panko. Fry in batches. Transfer to a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven.
Serve with my Homemade Tartar Sauce
