Flour Baking Soda Cream of Tartar Butter Sugar Oil Egg Lemon Extract Lemon Curd
Makes 4 Dozen!
Prepare the lemon curd. Combine the ingredients to form the cookie dough.
Place the cookie dough in a mini muffin tin. Bake for 8 minutes, then add lemon curd and bake for 4 more minutes.
