Hi Ann – glad you enjoyed the cookies. No, I don’t use a convection oven. I’m surprised your cookies took 17 minutes to cook. That’s a long time for cookies. How long did you chill the dough? I corrected the directions – thanks for the heads up.

These were tasty, but the cooking time didn’t seem adequate. Did you use a convection oven? I use a regular oven and had to put mine in for about 5 – 7 minutes longer. Also, the directions don’t seem to match the ingredients. There is no margarine in the list, but you mention it in the directions, and you say “1 cup sugar and brown sugar” when you list just 1/2 C each.

We do love all kinds of oatmeal cookies….those look so good. How can you go wrong with white chocolate and cranberry? You can’t in my book! 🙂
