Excellent recipe! Made it last night, increasing by 1/3 cup flour and 1 egg to accomodate for a whole can of canned pumpkin. Everyone in the family loved the waffles.

Just made these last night for this morning and they were wonderful!! I did 2 cups whole wheat, 2/3 cup white flour and added a tablespoon of wheat gluten. Also cut the oil to 2 T and added 2 T of greek yogurt. These waffles were absolutely perfect thank you 🙂

I made Marion Cunningham’s yeast waffles last year and thought they were delicious. Love that you’ve added pumpkin to the recipe!
