Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lightly salted pepitas
  • drizzle of honey

Instructions

  • Top toasted bread with cottage cheese, blueberries, and pepitas. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.

Notes

Other protein toast combinations: hummus and thinly sliced cucumber; cottage cheese and avocado; peanut butter and bananas; and honey infused cream cheese with strawberries and sliced roasted almonds. Try to combine something creamy with something crunchy.
