Strawberry Mango Salsa Cups

  • 1 medium size mango finely diced
  • ½ pint strawberries finely diced
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley or mint
  • 2 packages 30 count Athens® Mini Fillo Shells
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted


Strawberry Mango Salsa

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and chill until ready to serve.

Cinnamon Sugar Cups

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Place mini fillo shells on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or tin foil.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Lightly brush cups with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Bake 4 minutes until shells are golden brown.
  • Fill shells with strawberry mango salsa right before serving.
