Ingredients

water

blueberries

baby spinach

non fat plain Greek Yogurt

chia seeds

sliced strawberries

Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more frozen fruit or ice cubes if you wanted your smoothie thicker/more frozen. For easier blending, put water in first and frozen fruit/ice in last.
