Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Crisp and savory roasted Brussel sprouts with bacon, pecans, and cranberries are a must-try, one-pan holiday side dish recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 slices bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup pecans chopped
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Trim the ends off of the Brussels sprouts and cut in half, removing any wilted or brown leaves.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment or tin foil and add Brussels sprouts to the pan in a pile. Pour olive oil over and
    sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss until Brussel sprouts are well coated. Sprinkle bacon around on the pan. Roast for 15-20  minutes or until sprouts are just about fork tender.
  • Add the pecans and roast 5 more minutes.
  • Add the cranberries and serve.
