We moved to a new kind of recipe card on the website (it's just how the recipe is displayed, doesn't change the recipe) and when we converted things sometimes there are hiccups in the formatting. So I got that fixed and I appreciate a second set of eye!

Good morning, I noticed while reading your recipe that there is a number 8 but there isn’t anything listed for it. Should number 9 be number 8?

I have made this recipe at least 10 times and it comes out perfect every time! I make these and put them in a large zip lock bag for our busy family to be able to grab on the way out the door for breakfast. My teenage daughter and husband love them. I made some for my brother-in-law who LOVES banana bread and he actually ate them for his dinner one night because he “could not wait until breakfast”. Thanks for sharing this quick, inexpensive and delicious recipe.

I made this recipe yesterday, this is one of the best banana bread recipe I’ve ever made ! Although, I baked it as loaves instead of muffins, due to time restraints. Baking time was one hour tho . Which I already knew from making other loaves before ! FAMILY ate the whole loaf after dinner ! Will definitely be making this instead of my recipes !

Oooooh, love banana muffins! We have a few bunches of bananas on our plants at the moment and they all ripen at once. We share a lot of the bananas with family and friends but sometimes I’m caught out with brown bananas. (also our heat makes them ripen very quickly). I love making banana muffins, too. It’s a funny coincidence that the last muffins I created also had a streusel topping. I love your video. Do you have any tips for making videos?

Hi Amy – I’m sure at 5900 feet you need to make lots of changes. I haven’t found the need to adapt most dense moist recipes like these muffins at my altitude about 4,000 feet. Is this recipe already adapted for high altitude? I just moved from sea level to 5900 ft and am just learning to bake all over again!
