BIRTHDAY CUPCAKES RECIPE

We’re diving into a world of whimsy, sprinkles, and scrumptiousness with none other than delicious Birthday Cupcakes! If you thought that birthday cakes were the epitome of celebration, wait until you meet their adorable and equally delicious miniature cousins!

 INGREDIENTS

– 1 box white cake mix – 1 3.4 oz package vanilla pudding mix – ½ cup melted butter – 1 cup milk – 4 large eggs

In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, instant vanilla pudding mix, melted butter, milk, and eggs. Stir until well combined and smooth.

Fill each cupcake liner about ⅔ full with the batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of a cupcake.

Let the cupcakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Frost the cupcakes with your favorite frosting, covering them completely. For a pull-apart cupcake cake, arrange the cooled cupcakes closely together on a cake board or large cutting board.
