This Easy German Chocolate Cake is a simple, easy-to-make cake that has just FIVE ingredients but the results are spectacular!
Only 5 Ingredients?!
German chocolate cake mix
Pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix together cake mix, buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla
Pour into two greased and floured 9 inch round pans
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes then let cool before frosting
You can also warm up the butter, sugar & evaporated milk & temper the eggs before
Chocolate drizzle, optional just melt 1/4 cup of chocolate chips drizzle a bit on top.
