– 1 ½ warm water– 2 ¼ teaspoons ¼ oz envelope of active dry yeast– 1 tablespoon light brown sugar– 1 teaspoon salt– 4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour– 2 tablespoons salted butter meltedBaking Soda Bath– 4 cups water– ¼ cup baking sodaButter and salt topping *OPTIONAL*– 2 tablespoons melted butter– Sea salt Kosher salt
