Air Fryer Broccoli 3 Ways

 Air fryer broccoli is a fast and super easy side dish made three ways: garlic breadcrumbs, orange sesame and lemon pepper

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups broccoli cut into small to medium pieces

Classic Air Fryer Broccoli Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional:
  • 1 tablespoon Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Sesame Orange Air Fryer Broccoli Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest add after air frying
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds add after air frying

Lemon Pepper Air Fryer Broccoli Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl or Ziploc bag, add oil and chosen seasoning. Add broccoli and toss until broccoli is coated with oil mixture.
  • Air fry at 350º F for 6 minutes.​ (Basket style air fryers cook faster generally, so check on the broccoli occasionally to achieve your perfect level of tenderness and charring.)
  • If making Sesame Orange Air Fryer Broccoli, sprinkle with orange zest and sesame seeds after air frying.
