LEMON RICOTTA CREPES

DELICIOUS

These Lemon Ricotta Crepes are a sweet start to the day. Tender  crepes filled with a rich, lemon ricotta filling and topped with a quick berry compote.

 INGREDIENTS 

Flour  Egg Vanilla Sugar Milk Lemon Ricotta Cheese

Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or strain.

Fry crepes. 

Serve with my Quick Triple Berry Compote.

TIP: Use a crepe spreader to get perfect, thin crepes every time.
