Trim the ends off of the Brussels sprouts and cut in half, removing any wilted or brown leaves.
Line a sheet pan with parchment or tin foil and add Brussels sprouts to the pan in a pile. Pour olive oil over and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss until Brussel sprouts are well coated. Sprinkle bacon around on the pan. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until sprouts are just about fork tender.
