Ingredients
1wheel brie8 ounces
1tablespoonmaple syrup
4sprigs fresh thyme
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Once the oven is preheated, unwrap your cheese and place it in a small Dutch oven or shallow dish.
Bake your brie for 25 minutes. Remove the Brie from the oven and top it with the maple syrup and thyme.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can serve this brie alongside a variety of sides. Some of our favorites include crackers, sliced apples, cranberries, grapes, and sliced cucumbers.
Baking your cheese in a mini Dutch oven or shallow dish as opposed to a baking sheet will help prevent the cheese from oozing everywhere once you break into it.
This baked cheese is best served fresh, so we don’t recommend heating it until you are ready to enjoy it.
You can replace the maple syrup with honey. While it isn’t a necessary ingredient, the sweetness adds a nice balance to the cheese.
